The induction process at GOLDBECK
Modular and individual
Our induction programme is designed in a modular way and is organised individually for every new colleague. In addition to an induction in the respective department and on-the-job training, it also includes GOLDBECK-specific seminars. A portfolio of more than 20 different induction seminars is compiled individually for the respective employee into a training package. In this way we can ensure that new entrants – regardless of whether job-starters or professionals – are equipped with the necessary GOLDBECK know-how. The concept of "employees training employees" is a decisive factor in this case that characterises the GOLDBECK induction programme.
Advanced training with a system
Needs-driven and sustainable
We support our employees in all phases of their professional lives. We offer around 250 training courses, programmes and seminars every year as part of the GOLDBECK Campus. These focus on technical, methodological and personal advanced training. Internal instructors and external providers jointly deliver a multi-faceted offering. In this context, we support all types of career paths at GOLDBECK. Regardless of whether technical expert, project or management career path, we have the right offers for every development direction in order to support our employees in their individual careers at GOLDBECK.
